In case you did not find it in your INBOX, try searching for it in the SPAM FOLDER and look for any email coming from us. Kindly open all the emails that you received coming from ETC or DLSUD to view your log in credentials or user i.d and password.
You may also try deleting some of your e-mails to give space for your inbox to receive other e-mails. Please take note that if your INBOX has reached the maximum capacity, other e-mails will just bounced back to the sender and you will not receive it.
Take note also that after your account is created you will receive a notification coming from either De La Salle University or DLSUDETC re: Schoolbook account created. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE FROM and the SUBJECT of the email.
